OUR SESSIONS & FEES



All our fees are fully inclusive, other than the costs of special trips or outings, everything is covered and you will not be asked to pay for any extras. The fees reflect the quality of our facilities and our quality led approach to deliver the very best for your child.

Pendley Day Nursery is here to meet your needs, and we have attempted to provide a very flexible approach to session availability and fees. However, if you have other requirements please speak to the Nursery Manager and we will do our level best to fulfil your requirements.


HOURS & SESSIONS

Daily – 8.00 – 18.00 – Monday - Friday. Prices are effective from 1st April 2024



Morning session – 8.00am – 1.00pm with morning snack & lunch: £43.00

Afternoon session - 1.00pm - 6.00pm with afternoon snack & tea: £40.00

School Day - 8.30am - 3.30pm - with morning/afternoon snacks & lunch: £53.00

Full Day - 8.00am - 6.00pm - with morning/afternoon snacks lunch & tea: £75.00

Other requirements - please discuss with us and we will do our best to meet them.


We support Government funded childcare and Government funded Tax Tree Childcare.

For funded places we charge for a Care Pack each session which covers meals, snacks & consumables. Price are: Full Day: £17.60, School Day £13.11, Morning £12.75, Afternoon £10.75

We accept Childcare Vouchers from all leading suppliers/employers.

NOTES:-

There is a registration fee of £100 which is non-refundable. 

There is a registration deposit of £150 which is refundable when leaving the nursery

• All fees to be paid in advance by the 1st of the month

• Bookings must be for a minimum of at least four weeks

• The nursery operates for 51 weeks of the year. No allowance or refunds can be made for absence due to illness or holidays.



OUR REGISTRATION PROCESS



Prior to registering, we recommend that you contact our Nursery Manager to arrange a meeting and 'walk around' of our nursery and it's excellent facilities - we want to you to be completely happy and at ease with your choice. The Nursery Manager can be contacted on our direct line 01442 967140.

Once you are happy, please email us (see Contact page) and we will send you all the registration documentation by return email. Once completed and returned, and both Registration Fee and Registration Deposit paid, we will schedule the start date for your child and make plans to ensure their introduction to our nursery is a smooth and happy one.

We will of course provide you with any support you need to complete the registration documentation, and can go through this with you when you visit if this is helpful.
